Hand-poured in small batches in Northern Michigan

Our story

Named for our girl,
poured for your home.

An Evie Lo candle burning in soft window light

Evie Lo Candle Co is named after our daughter, Evie. It began with a simple frustration: candles were either full of powerful perfumes and ingredients we didn’t want in our house, or the answer was no candle at all. I set out to make one that was safe for our kids and our pets — and that smelled like home.

What started as me pouring candles for our own home turned into pouring them for neighbors, then the farmers market, then the little shops around the lake we love.

Every candle is still poured by hand, in small batches, the same way it started. We use 100% USA-grown soy wax and cotton wicks, and every scent is free of phthalates and parabens — because these burn in our house too.

Small batches mean we sell through, often. We think that’s a feature: each drop gets our full attention, and nothing sits on a shelf going stale. When a scent is gone, it rests until the next pour.

Thanks for letting us light your home. — Madison

The way we make things

01

Sourced with care

USA-grown soy wax and cotton wicks — a renewable, clean-burning base for every pour.

02

Scent you can trust

Fragrance oils free of phthalates and parabens, blended so they fill a room without taking it over.

03

Batches, not factories

Poured, wicked, labeled, and boxed by hand in Boyne City. If it has our name on it, it went through our hands.
